Coaching and Workshops — improving culture and morale

I would encourage all organisations, whether corporate, small business or non-profit, to employ a coach to raise employee morale and motivation, performance and contribution, well-being and confidence.

In turn this creates loyalty, success and a sense of real value.

Online coaching and workshops

Any of my workshops can be delivered via Zoom Pro using digital tools to help us to keep them interactive and collaborative such as breakout-out rooms, screen-sharing and digital post-its.

“I found the on-line experience just as involving as being in the classroom which surprised me. I think the warmth of the tutor was a big factor in making it work.”

One of my most recent programmes involves a review of some important and useful qualities for today’s world:

The 6Ps: Patience • Positivity • Purpose • Projects • Presence • Power

Please contact me for details.

“I think it’s a really great topic particularly at this time. I feel it helps give us the tools to get ourselves in the right headspace”

Workshops

I offer a range of effective and enjoyable workshops to groups and organisations, developed through years of collaboration with corporate, charity and community organisations and in consideration of current challenges.
