I am sure that you would all agree that it has been, and continues to be, a very strange time as we come to terms with new rules and ongoing changes and head towards a very different way of life.
I hope you are all coping with the road and route maps and feeling ready to adapt to what comes next. I hope too that you and your loved ones are safe and well.
I have been coaching throughout lockdown, with sessions necessarily moved to telephone, Zoom or email conversations instead.
Recently I have been closely following the medical and government advice and am now able to outline my plan for return to face to face coaching sessions for those who have been patiently waiting.
Online and telephone sessions are continuing for those of you who prefer these and if they logistically work better for you.
I am offering a limited number of face to face sessions on each of the following days:
- Thursday 2 July
- Friday 3 July
- Wednesday 15 July
- Tuesday 28 July
Please book in early as I know they will be popular.
These face to face sessions will be socially distanced with appropriate hygiene measures in place and I won’t be able to offer refreshments or use of the bathroom. Please don’t come to your appointment if you have any Covid 19 symptoms. Payments can be made online or by contactless payment only.
I then plan to be back to coaching on a more regular basis, road map permitting, from Monday 3 August. Again, please book ahead if that works for you.
Positive emotions, mood and mental wellbeing are so important right now and it’s very fair and true to say these have, for most of us, ebbed and flowed throughout recent months. If you are continuing to struggle and would benefit from a check in, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
For me, as many of you have asked – I’ve been keeping busy!
As well as my one to one coaching sessions with my existing, new and AXA Healthcare clients, I have created and delivered online Zoom webinars for both AXA and the Scottish Stammering Network, four new online classes for the summer and autumn terms at the University of Strathclyde Centre for Lifelong Learning, designed support material for student services elsewhere, continued my work with The Ayrshire Trust and put together new telephone/ Zoom packages specifically for Vitality and Wellbeing in 2020. I’ve also been writing some blogs and continuing to regularly post on my Life Coaching business Facebook page. Please connect if you haven’t already done so 🙂
A huge thank you to my wonderful Business Manager Fiona who continues to support me professionally in everything I do and to my other Fiona from Fiona Robertson Graphics for keeping my website updated and relevant.
Personally, I’ve been decluttering, sorting and clearing my house and cellar, looking after my very extended lockdown family and enjoying bonus time with them, supporting my elderly parents and neighbour, completing my Diploma in Mindfulness and walking every day which has been wonderful for me in terms of appreciating nature and wildlife more. Dancing, reading and creating too!
So for now, I am sending my best wishes to you and as always, please do drop me a note if you’d like to share, ask, or discuss anything. I will be taking some holidays from Monday 6 to Monday 13 July, just so you know.
Take good care of yourselves,
