What is life coaching about? Coaching is professional, one to one support focusing on moving forward, step by step towards what you want from life, personally and professionally. It requires positive action and change and is empowering and rewarding. Coaching can help with business, confidence and self-esteem, career, relationships, health and wellbeing and through the many phases of life.

The What, How, Why, Who, When and Where of Coaching.

Coaching is professional, one to one support focusing on moving forward, step by step towards what you want from life, personally and professionally. It requires positive action and change and is empowering and rewarding.

Outcomes or objectives to work to are discussed and agreed at the first meeting and are usually your very own. We work to goals which are realistic, specific, measurable, time scaled and exciting.
